The system went down after a storm and won't boot back up. The green system LED continues to flash without going solid. Does anyone know how to get the router past this point when it's stuck?
Thanks,
Jeff

Hi @hardwick8
Basically, due the power outage the switch is not able to boot up properly.
Could you please try the following steps and let us know
1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnected.
2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick

If that does not make any difference, we need to perform a software recovery since it can be that the image flash is corrupted so in basic words the unit is not able to boot up properly and need re-install the image to boot up properly.
3-We need to access (physical) using one of the cable to the ICX-7150C12P mentioned on the below guide:
How to console in the ICX-7150-12cp
Once we are there, we can try to boot up the unit using the following commands:
Boot_primary or Boot_secondary
If that step does not work Software recovery needs to be applied
Here is the guide:

Hello Fernando
I have a Ruckus R320 after the hurricane is did not want to connect. I contacted Ruskus and they sent me a replacement. Now that I plugged back into the ceiling to the ethernet cord it lights green but that is all. I tried to connect wifi to Configure me but I dont have that. All I have is the two Wifi address that came with my Hotwire connection. My wifi name I used for this Ruckus is no longer there either. Not sure what needs to be done as I didn't connect it when I purchased the home from Lennar. Please help. My house is no longer a smart house.
