ICX 715 not working

After a power outage the switch did not rebooted. Manually rebooted and now the internet is SUPER slow and not routing to the AP's. The signal is weak to the point the ring doorbell and cameras are not getting signal. How do I get this resolved?

I mentioned this previously as well but the switch is MISSING the MAC ID when on the app and also logged in via WEB. 

Also, there is no working combo of username or password that work. I have reset the password already and it works for the app and the WEB but NOT for when I use the IP address. 

So, if i hard wire into the console it will work even when it is not showing up anywhere?

If SSH access is not possible please use the console access

Is this what I should be seeing? I am sure that the MAC ID should not be zero 

Hi @nanners02 

I 100% sure, the code you are running in this switch is old, so SSH is not enabled, this is why you cannot see the MAC address, please follow up the steps I have provided from #2.

Again, asking here, is the screenshot I sent of the switch MAC ID i sent, is it normal? 
Even if the code is old should I not be seeing this ID? 

I am on the phone with a supervisor (Syed) and he states that I can request a replacement device. Can you please guide me on how to do this?
