Hard Reset, APs not turning on

I was hard wired to the switch but for some odd reason the internet was disconnected for 15 minutes (wireless was still working). I tried just unplugging it and plugging it back in, but when the internet came back, it was essentially throttled. Some websites would work, others didn't. I decided to do a hard reset but now the APs aren't being powered and I can't really set up the switch/APs.

The modem is fine, I connected to that and its working, so it's something between the switch/aps or the connection to the switch and modem.

I did a factory reset on 1 ap and went through the wizard to set up the essid. It pushed me through to login with username and password but I don't know what it is.

Its showing as things disconnected

internet is disconnected and the switch is disconnected. 0 access points are working now. I know my internet/modem is fine because Im working off of that.

Also please try to factory reset of Switches once again:

As mentioned, If you have more than one Access Point (AP) in your house, please go to the Ruckus Switch (located in the panel) and disconnect from its ports the Ethernet cables of all the Access Points, except the one that you are going to work with.
