Change to Internet provider- cannot connect to ruckus

We changed from spectrum to next link fiber, and we cannot reconnect our ruckus access point that came with our Lennar home. We have attempted to reset the ap, but the configure me option does not appear.

Are we missing a step? Does anyone have a clear process document of what we need to do?
Thank you so much!

Hello,

We have unplugged the access point cable and plugged it back in.

The pwr button is blinking green and ctl is a solid green.

Hi @Melguzman

Could you please the following guide to reset the APs and configure the unleashed network from scratch:

MPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.

Hi,

Sorry for the confusion, the pwr light is still blinking after we already attempted to do a reset. The configure me, does not pop up.
Thank you,

Melissa

Hi @Melguzman

Could you please try to do the factory reset 3 or 4  more times? Sometimes the 1st attempt doesn't work.

Kind regards,

Thank you for the assistance in the AP reset… we got it work. However, the initial set up was done by Amazon technician. We are unaware how our Internet was fed into either the switch or AP. Our understanding is that our initial set using a Wi-Fi router somehow fed into the ruckus system. would you recommend us to continue to use this approach or should we just get ethernet cable into the main switchboard thru new internet provider, or if Wi-Fi router is still a possibility approach? During AP reset there was not a network input screen so we are unaware how to communicate that to the switch or AP.
