After connecting to the configure.me wifi, what is the next step? I can’t find it in the previous threads.

Hi @desivon

Greetings!!!

Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.

Hope you are doing well!!!

Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, seems like you are trying to connect to the RUCKUS Access Points configure.me network, which is used to factory reset the Access Points.

Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new Wi-Fi network/SSID.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.

After resetting my AP and configured successfully, the SSID i created is still not showing on my network list but the configure.me for the AP is showing.

Hi @desivon

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the update.

It must work if the factory reset of the Access Points is performed as per the process we shared in the previous post.

Please make sure to unplug all the Access Points except the ONE on which you perform the Factory reset. Once you complete it, connect the unplugged Access point cables back to the Switch ports and they will sync up with the configurations from the factory reset Access Point.

Please perform the factory reset process once again and check.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,

Imran Sanadi
