To identify the current IP address assigned to your RUCKUS devices by your local router. You can use an IP scanner tool to easily locate the IP address on your network. Here is a guide on how to perform this using the IP Scanner free application:

Could you please let me know if you are trying to upgrade the RUCKUS Switch or Access Points?

Hi,

Thanks for the response. I am trying to access the webpage to check if my switch and access points need a firmware update, as I have been having spotty internet connection for the past few weeks. I was not able to pull up the webpage at all the last time with the IP address. I am currently at home and will attempt at performing the steps you outlined.

Current version on the switch SPS08090j. I tried to login to the IP address for the Switch and it asked me for login credentials. I put in the same credentials to login to the access points and it did not work. Not sure how to get credentials for switch access. Can we move this conversation to a private forum.

The access points are up to date with version 200.15.6.212.20. Need assistance on login to the switch.
