5G not working but 2.4G works

There was a power outage and 5G is not working/broadcasting anymore. The 2.4G is working and connecting but the 5G is not. It shows in the available networks on my WI-FI but it won't allow me to join it. The 5G light on the AP is green most of the time but sometimes goes to orange and then back to green. I've tried turn off/on the power on the switch but that doesn't help. How do I get the 5G to broadcast again? Thanks!

Ok, so your issue is not related to the 2.4 or 5G signal, based on your description, it looks like your Switch (ICX7150 Switch) may be booting from the wrong partition, let me add the guide to fix the issue.

Note: if you have access to the Unleashed Dashboard and the Switch can be seen from there, it may look like the following image, ICX7150-C12-Router instead of ICX7150-C12-Switch, now before starting the steps of the guide, I will advise you to cable the computer directly to the Switch, since you will have a better connectivity than if you connect via wireless.

Note: after fixing the issue of the Switch booting from the wrong partition, please perform an upgrade to the code 08095g UFI and upgrade both partitions with the switching code file named SPS08095gufi.bin, so perform the software recovery using the code 08090k with the upgrade image file named SPS08090k.bin, then when the switch is back to normal upgrade to the file SPS08095gufi.bin in both partitions primary and secondary.

I had the router/switch issue a year ago and a tech was about to fix it remotely for me. I believe he also fixed the partition issue for future reboots so my Switch is currently in switch mode and not router mode. Here's a screen shot:

It does show "Switch" and "SPS".

Perfect you have both partitions in Switching code, however the recommended code is 08095 UFI, so please upgrade when you have time, finally run a help check in the Switch, so please provide the next commands.

 

show lldp neighbors

show poe

show interface brief

show log

 R650 access point  unleashed version (updated version )

issue is 
2.4 and 5 ghz radio is enabled but some of the clients only connecting in the 5 ghz radio and most of them are connecting in the 2.4 ghz radio , if they are standing directly below the ap also they are connecting in 2.4 ghz only why? what is the reason ?

in  their existing ap quantum all the users are using 5ghz then why cant they connect in ruckus r650 kindly clearify this issue asap
