Ruckus icx 7150 -c12p Not working after power cut

Hello Rjeevan,

Greetings!

As per the images, seems like SYS light is amber that means that the switch is stuck in boot mode. You need to access the switch via console and try to boot the primary or secondary partition like this: boot_primary or boot_secondary.

If the above boot_primary or boot_secondary does not help than you can recover the software using below method:

Hello,

I had this problem and reading through this forum it said try and factory reset. I tried that and then all the lights flash amber and don’t stop. I have tried following the software recovery steps but don’t understand them. Is there any other way to get help?

Thank you for posting you query !!!

I understand that your unit is also stuck in boot mode . But as you have already tired factory reset and also software recovery but it didn't resolve the issue .

Here Software recovery is the last troubleshooting step we perform if that doesn't resolve the issue we proceed for RMA.
