Icx 7150 C12p not power up no lights

Hi, 

my switch stop working, try everything from power outlets and resets and nothing work.

I understand that switch has stop working,  and you have tried everything from changing power outlets and resets and nothing work.

I have a question for you here :

Have you tried to use another power cable?

If not can you give it a shot .

I see that you have posted twice.

  • Could you please let me know if you are from Lennar Homes ? 
  • Could you please help us with picture of the switch front panel when the switch is powered on ?

I tried 3 power cords, this picture is with the power cord connected to the power outlet that works.IMG_1636.jpeg

Thank you for the update.

I comprehend that even after changing the power cable and power outlet 7150 is not powering on . So the next plan of action will be RMA of the device .
