After we update ZD1200 to the lastest version 10.3.0.0 build 398 and Ruckus Wireless R710 SNMP not working but ZD1200 working fine with SNMP.I didn't know why SNMP is not working with Ruckus Wireless R710.Anyone help me, please.Thanks-- Samdy.

My app always shows offline in SmartZone, what's the issue

I use SWIPE app upload my new ruckus m510 ap to controller, but it always show offline there. Is there anything wrong that I did?

how long does Ruckus M510 update firmweare take?

I update firmware from local file. It automatically reboot, then the CTL led blink 2 time per seond for about half an hour. Is it proper?
