FYI: it seems to be an issue with the gateway that has no private IP address (IP addr = 192.32.x.x). I tried on the same device with a proper private IP address 172.16.x.x and now it works!

Hi Abilash,We use NAT on the firewall like you say + NAT IP is configured on the SmartZone. Can we remove the NAT IP setting on the SmartZone?Thanks!
