How to limit the number of devices per login credentials (local dataBase)?

is there any way to limit devices per username? I am using local database authentication, all users can connect to wifi network with their credentials, but if a user shares username/pass, they can simultaneously access the internet.

Hello, we have a fleet of about 60 Ruckus access points. I notice that about 6 are unable to connect via SSH. They are R600 and ZF7982 models.Has anyone else come across this ?Thank you.
