Dead ZF1200 and 64 AP's that need a new home

I have a bunch a H510 ruckus AP's that were joined to a ZF1200 that has died.

I am trying to reset the AP's individually and join them to Ruckus Unleashed.  They first one worked perfect.  The other 3 I have tried, once I do the factory reset, I go to the web interface at 192.168.0.1, but the default creds won't work, it just sits there.  I have tried the factory reset via command line using the SN as the password to log in.  

I have 2 days to get all this fixed.  Any advice?

After the reset, you have to use incognito broswer is what I have found.
