POE Injector with 7731 not powering the device

I am installing a 7731, when I connect the 7731 device to the AP/BRIDGE port of the included POE injector, the red light on the POE injector turns off, and the 7731 does not get power. Any ideas?

ZF7762-S concurrent client support user limit

Has anyone knows what ́s the ZF7762-S concurrent client support user limit? In datasheets is 256, but ZF7762-S-AC is 500. In other model newer firmware version increase the datasheet limit.
