Why is one AP disconnected?

Why is one AP disconnected? When I switch units the one port is always disconnected, however the phone not is lit up. Using POE. I also replaced the switch.

Hello,Is it possible to replicate an Unleashed configuration from one R310 to other R310s using the backup / restore menu or would I have to manually reconfigure all my R310 with the same settings ?
