bandwidth limit for user with multi sessions

i'm looking for the right way to setup the bandwidth limit on a user that can use up to 5 devices.i've set the limit to 10Mb, but each device use 10Mb instead to share the user's bandwidth.Any solution?? i've VSZH and Radiusdesk for manage users
