Cannot Ping 7250 stack but traffic is passing

I have a stack of three ICX-7250, all the configuration seems to be the same as other stacks, but I'm unable to ping it from certain devices or join it to SZ. I am also unable to telnet in, and the web management interface works about 50% of the time...

All,Trying to figure out if POE-HA is available on this switch as I want to use it as a replacement for my Cisco 2960CX which does have this feature in firmware.  Also would love to know if I can stack two of these switches without an additional lice...

Should I upgrade to 8.0.95g

I have an ICX 7150.  I had to do a switch from secondary to primary flash due to a power outage. I notice I am on 8.0.80f.  Should I upgrade to 8.0.95g?  What's the benefit vs. risk of it not working properly.
