Hi,

I have a brand new vsz and my R760 ap are not showing up inside the vsz
when connecting them the vsz see them and upgrade them... after upgrade and reboot nothing's happening and they never listed in my vsz.

ZD-AP [C8:xx:xx:xx:xx:80] / [232202012398] model [R760] has been upgraded with Virtual SmartZone AP firmware version - [6.1.1.0.1274]
ZD-AP [C8:xx:xx:xx:xx:80] / [232202012398] model [R760] is upgrading with Virtual SmartZone AP firmware version - [6.1.1.0.1274]

I did try to manually set the scg ip and reboot ap, no result

I really don't see where the problem is.

Thanks

The problem come from the power mode that doesn't detect the UPOE and stay in AT with not working functionalities

setting the power mode manually and setting additional config to the ap on the zone fix the problem :

set power-mode AT
or for UPOE : set power-mode bt5
