Solved: Is it a firmware version issue - Page 2

The current firmware version using Smartzone is 3.6.2

Web authentication is enabled, but some users frequently repeat the authentication process. After checking the logs, we found an error message below the error log. Can you tell if this is caused by a firmware version that is too low? What version of firmware do I need to use?

Hi Cangqingse,

Please let us know if the issue is seen only in one particular SSID.

The above would generate when the entry already being removed or never existing in the first place. You might need to verify the existence of the key before attempting to delete it.

If this SSID is authenticate against external Auth server, you would need to check on the Auth server side parallelly.
