Hello , MY RUCKUS SWITCH FLASHING ALL LIGHTS. HOW DO I GET IT UP AND RUNNING AGAIN
I tried resetting by unplugging and leaving reset pin and the letting go when everything is flashing
i cant seem to get this to work. how can i fix this

Based on the images you have shared, it seems that you need to update the driver so that your laptop recognizes the COM ports of the devices.
Please try to update the drivers and try the software recovery process again.
