power outage, ruckus not working at all. all lights flashing

Hello , MY RUCKUS SWITCH FLASHING ALL LIGHTS. HOW DO I GET IT UP AND RUNNING AGAIN

I tried resetting by unplugging and leaving reset pin and the letting go when everything is flashing

i cant seem to get this to work. how can i fix this
