Hi, I have 3 APs connected to CX7150. These were installed by Lennar in 2018. I now have issues with the APs dropping connection frequently. I have to restart the CX7150 to get back online. But even after restart, these provide very erratic connection with speed ranging from 17 to about 190 MBPS while my wired connection provides over 950MBPS at any point of time. I do not have my unleashed account details (forgot).

Yes. I did try changing the ports on the switch. But it did not help. I shall try to follow the guidelines in your link and see if I can upgrade the version. And get back to you on the results.

Hi, I was able to upload the picture as you can see above. I tried changing the cables to different ports. But each time, The switch/APs drop after about an hour or so and I need to switch off and restart the CX7150. This has been happening past one month. Even after I reboot the system, the speed I get on my wifi is very low with my one gig internet connection. I tested the speed at the Input to switch shows 1 GBPS. Does it require any version update? or any repair? I need this fixed ASAP please. Your responses are pretty slow.

Hi,
What is the update on this? Mt Ruckus just works for an hour or two after reboot and it dies. Even during that period it is working, I see very low speeds. This chat has been running for over a week without any resolution. This was not how Ruckus support was a few years ago. I need this issue resolved immediately please.

Hello @vijayakirank ,
Thank you for the response.
From the previous response, I understand that your Switch is on older version, which is 08061a.
We suggest upgrading your switch to the latest stable version to avoid these issues in the future.
Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to upgrade the switch to the recommended version.
Also, could you please confirm if you have tried changing the ports of the ISP or AP cables?
Please follow the process explained in the article and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Pinky Rajendran
