RS510 not lighting up, not working at all

I have 2 RS510 one upstairs and one downstairs.  The one upstairs is dead as a doorknob......  no lights at all.  Heard these have a lifetime warranty.  So how do I get this replace.  Also can't log into the Ruckus unleased app, even upgraded the app...

My board stopped working, I need a new one. It doesn’t light up. Who do I get a hold of, this is bull**bleep**!!!! I’m so angry that I can’t talk to anyone to get this problem resolved.
