Resolved! Modem went bad

Arris surfboard in my Lennar home went bad, previous one was modem/router. New one is just a modem since I assumed ruckus was a router? Wi-Fi isn’t working with new modem, so do I need a modem/router combo instead? Thank you.

IP address

So I've been going back and forth for awhile with you guys on rebooting a broken 7150, I have performed everything in the description of how To's except for when scanning for the IP address to the ruckus it does not show up, and yes, I was connected ...
