Resolved! R510 AP not powering up

Hello,One of the 2 R510 AP is not powering up.  I have swapped the AP devices and still no luck.Not sure how else I can test to make sure it works.I see similar postings and seems this device is eligible for replacement. Any suggestions are appreciat...
