AP No power/down/No light

I live in Lennar community. My Ruckus Switch ICX 7150-C12P ( original one by the builder) stopped connecting with AP . I tried hard rest /reboot not working for the last two months . Need help resolving this

Resolved! Err_Connection_timed_out

Been in this home for a couple years now and our internet has been functioning great till a couple of weeks ago. There was an outage with our ISP and ever since they restored service nothing has been the same. We cannot stream on any wireless devices...
