Power was turn off for 20 minutes

green power and standby green

access ports no lights at all

no lights were the lan lines connect even after multiple resets lights never came on

Thank you for the response and the information.

I see from the Picture you shared, that the status of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch seems normal and the issue seems more on the Switch ports which might have gotten into the disabled state.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to check if the PoE is disabled and to fix the issue if they are disabled.
