Hello,

Two of my access points are not powering on. I had this issue before and Ruckus techs were able to resolve the issue via remote access.

Hi @tyreese6

Please confirm if all the devices that required power are no longer powering up, if that is the case follow up the next guide, are just some devices follow up the step two.

1:

2:IF not all the devices are affected, there is a possibility that the PoE(ppower over Ethernet) was disabled in the switch, so please provide the next screenshot after gaining web access to the Switch.

A:Find the IP address of the Switch:

B:Now that you know the IP address of the Switch, in my case my IP address is 10.176.192.100, search for that IP address in the URL bar of your Web browser:

We are having the same issue. Both of our access point devices don't have any power now. We have unplugged everything, but can not get anything to work. I do not understand the steps you have provided here. My mac won't allow me to download the app to find the IP address so I can't follow any of the steps in part 2.

Hi @AmandaO

Try to gain access to your ISP router, from there you can see the devices connected, if not the other way to access the Switch will be via console access, and run the next commands.

1:gain access to the Switch via console.

2:Once you gained access to the Switch, run the next commands and provide the information.

Note: if ask you for credentials, try the next combination:

Usernames:           Passwords:

admin                    sp-admin

super                     Lennar

                               lennar

                               ruckus
