ZoneFlex Ruckus R710 Accesspoint default password NOT working

I am trying to install at my house. I have a ZoneFlex Ruckus R710 Access point and trying to configure and install. I tried connecting to Access point  via its Island default password NOT working "Configure.ME.xxxx", however it is not connecting even after trying different passwords "sp-admin", "password" and as well as "Serial Number" on the access point. I also did reset and tried all passwords and it still not connect. Please help.

Following is my setup at the my house.

Comcast Wifi Router and Modem combo connected to a 1GB Cisco switch and i am connecting Ruckus AP R7810 to directly to Switch using Cat6 cable.

Thank you for the response and the update.

Please confirm if it is a LENNAR HOME setup.

However, you can try the default credentials on other browsers. 

Username- super

Password – sp-admin

Also, try different combinations as shown in the below link:

If any of the above passwords does not work, we need to factory reset the APs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.

It is NOT a LENNAR Setup. I bought this item on Amazon.com and none of the above passwords work. Issue i am having is not able to connect to "Configure.ME.xxxx" access point when selected from available WiFi networks. It is asking for a password and None of the above passwords work, even after factory reset.
