Hi @ArtPrescribed

For better understanding of the issue please upload the image of switch and the access points.

Also to identify the IP address of the switch and the access points here I will leave you a guide on how to perform a IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP.

Hi @ArtPrescribed

1) Please confirm the cable connection of your device from your router to the switch.

2) Also please confirm whether your switch and the access points are powering up or not.

If your Access points are not powering up then it indicates that your switch is  stuck in boot mode.

3) Please check SYST and power the lights' status of the ICX7150 Switch, describe those lights for us first.

Also let me add more detail to understand the LED lights of your Access points.

4) Please let us know whether you have tried any factory reset or not.
