Wifi Network Name

Hi, The local cable company disconnected my Ruckus 7150 claiming it was causing problems with my Arris modem/router. Now I need to reset everything. When I name the access points after the factory reset, should I use a different name than my wifi network and if so, once everything is rebooted, what network name should I connect all of my devices to. I don't want to confuse my devices or network

Just to point out, I managed to set this up four years ago when we moved in and have never had such problems. I don't know why it will not accept the passwords I created.

The orange Ethernet cable is from the modem. The next white cable is the first floor AP and the second one is the second floor AP.  The light configuration on the second pic is from the AP

Hello @Chief187 ,

Thank you for the response.

May i Please know if you have connected both the APs while performing the factory reset on the AP?

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I only had the primary AP connected during the factory reset. That’s what I always believed was the correct step. Only after the factory reset of the primary AP is when I connected the second floor AP
