Unstable Lennar Ruckus Service after Power Outage

We had a power outage and after regaining power the ruckus service became unstable. We checked the service on the Spectrum router and it was stable. Then we reset the Spectrum router, there were no changes. We reset the Ruckus switcher. No changes. What do we do now to regain service to the Ruckus switcher?

If accessing the switch via CLI doesnot work please try to solve the issue using the Web GUI method.

Hi @Yuuu30megan 

 

Based on the images you have shared it seems like there is an error in opening the terminal in MAC.

 

So please follow the below steps correctly and let us know the result.

 

For SSH or Telnet session must know the IP address of the network devices. Please follow the below link on how to fid the IP address.

Once we identified the IP address of the switch proceed to access remote to the device 'command Line'

To access the remote switch using a MAC PC we must open the terminal

 

Telnet option 

nc IP-Switch 23

 

Example:

nc 192.168.1.123 23

 

SSH option 

ssh username@IP-switch 

 

Example

ssh admin@192.168.1.123

 

While following this method we need to provide a password. 

 

username: admin password: Lennar

username : admin password:Ruckus1

username : admin password : Ruckus1 

username : super password : sp-admin

 

For ssh Access:

If you can access to the Command line should look like this:

ICX7150-C12 Router>

Please try to reset your router and the switch and try to open the terminal again. If you get the same error then please try the same process in the windows laptop/desktop if possible and let us know the result.
