Unstable Lennar Ruckus Service after Power Outage

Yuuu30megan

We had a power outage and after regaining power the ruckus service became unstable. We checked the service on the Spectrum router and it was stable. Then we reset the Spectrum router, there were no changes. We reset the Ruckus switcher. No changes. What do we do now to regain service to the Ruckus switcher?

Hi @Yuuu30megan

Based on the images you have shared it seems that on your ICX-7150-C12P Switch, the SYST and PWR lights are steady green, which means the lights are in a normal state.

Please share the image of the access points showing LED status.  Also please share the image of the unleashed dashboard showing the status of the switch

I don’t have access to the unleashed dashboard. How do I get access?

Hi @Yuuu30megan

The image you have shared is not the access points. It is the RUCKUS switch. Please refer to the below picture and share the LED status of the access points.

Thanks for the clarification. We have two access points.

Here’s the first one:

Hi @Yuuu30megan

Please let us know whether your internet is stable or not. If not please follow the below steps to find the root cause of the issue.

1. Connect the computer to the ISP router with the ethernet cable. Run the speed test, and confirm if your speed is stable and search for websites,  make sure you have no issues.

2. You can perform the same step on wireless by connecting the computer to the Wi-Fi / SSID coming from the ISP router. (Note: Not the Wi-Fi coming from the access points.)

Also try to gain access to the unleashed dashboard and share the status of the switch as mentioned below.

Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.
