We are trying to fix our ruckus because the CTL light is out. So, I tried logging into unleashed app to install updates but keep getting (unleashed is not connected to internet please go to settings) and when I go to settings it doesn’t have anything I can do. We are a Lennar home.

This is a known issue when your RUCKUS Access Points are on an older version which doesn’t let you log into the Unleashed application. To assist you in upgrading your RUCKUS Access Points please help us with the below details.
Please log in to your Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the Master AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ ? Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.
Please make sure you are connected to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi Network to access the same.
If you can’t access using the above link and don’t know the IP Address of the Access Points. Please refer to the below guide to find the IP Address of the Access Point to get the requested information.
You should see the below-Unleashed dashboard after finding the IP Address of the AP. Try to log in
Please check, and help us with the above-requested information, since we can upgrade the APs to avoid this issue, and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Hi there, I am not sure if you have read the history of our chats...but you sent me all the info and I had to reset all the APs and got access to app. Which resulted in so much work on my end to resent everything else linked to the previous AP. Then 2 days later, I lost access again to the app. Then you send me instructions again stating to go through the same steps again. i would like someone to call me to fix this. It is absolutely ridiculous.

And yes, I logged in and it gives me zero data on that website.

I used the IP scanner and found 3 ruckus IP addresses. 1 took me to a site that is not the login page. The other two IP addresses took me to an the unleashed login and when I try both the lennar one and one i created they say it is not working. I attempted to say I did not remember my password to see if it would let me change password to access and it ask my mother's maiden name...which I know is correct and it says the answer is not correct.
