Hi @nitech

Thanks for your response.

Based on the images you have shared it seems like all your devices are connected properly. As you can see the Lennar-xxxxx ( network name which shows at the initial stage of setup) you can try factory resetting your access points  by using the following guide.

For physical factory reset if you have two access points you need to disconnect the cable of the one access points (which is in good condition) and leave the other one in connected state ( in which you are going to perform factory reset). Once you are done with the factory reset make sure everything is good and reconnect the access point back.

thank you but now we are back to the original point - reset is not working.

I will try again at my end and circle back by tonight - but I have very low confidence - as I will not be doing anything different.

question: you attached screenshot for someone else - which as lennar-xxx and password - by any chance can you retrieve the password for my connection? Lennar-72003510? this might be easier then a reset IMO.

Hi @nitech

Thanks for your response.

Sometimes factory reset has to be done multiple times so please try the factory reset once and let me know the result.

Also to retrieve the password you need to follow the below guide and reset it again.

For password recovery first you need to take the console access to the switch by using the below guide.

How to console in the ICX-7150-C12P:

Once you are done with it you need to follow the below guide and perform password recovery process.
