The Ethernet cable from the modem to the RUCKUS ICX 7150-C12P has no flashing green light. Turns out Lutron doesn't work at all. Two devices mounted on the ceiling (for smart home use) are also completely switched off.

Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, I understand that the RUCKUS setup is not working and APs do not have power.

Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?

1. Was there any power outage before you started facing the issue?

2. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on. (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)

3. Also, please confirm if your Internet Connection from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) stable and working? (You could check this by connecting to your local router Wi-Fi or from an ethernet cable from the Router to a laptop/PC).

Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the status of the lights and cable connections to the Switch ports.

Hi Pinky,

Thank you very much for your kind assistance.  Hope everything is going well with you.

I'm experiencing the following issues and need help from an expert like you to resolve them.

(1) As the topic explains, the Ethernet cable from the modem to the RUCKUS ICX 7150-C12P does not have a blinking green light.  It is apparent that there is no communication between the modem and the RUCKUS ICX 7150-C12P.  See attached photos.

(2) It turns out that the other devices such as "Lutron" connected to Ruckus is not working at all.

(3) Two ceiling-mounted units (one each downstairs and one upstairs for the so-called "smart home") were completely powered off.  See attached photos.

(4)   I will attach photos for your review.
