Icx7150 switch stuck in router mode. Will not connect access ports. Need a replacement.

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
As per the light status of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and Access points, they seem to be in a normal state.
As you mentioned your Switch may be stuck on the Routing Code due to the power outage.

I have already done the above. At first I could not get the up address because I cannot access the switch in the unleash app. Then when I got theIP address I kept getting errors. I am NOT going through that again. And I don’t have a cable to connect directly. I need a new switch please. I will be happy to return the old one.
