I am upgrading firmware via USB. I have completed through Figure 20: Boot Switch from Secondary Partition. So, secondary partition version is 8095g. I remoted in to the Switch previously via NC command in Terminal (Macbook). It did not require a user name/password. After the upgrade, I am trying to remote in and NC command no longer supported in that version. SSH and Web remote-in options are supported but require a username and password. I have tried ALL known combinations with no luck. 8095g Release notes show user name is "super" with "sp-admin" but that did not work. The username and password on my home's access panel did not work. I cannot get in. Any ideas?

Hi @eldmattd
Thank you for the details provided. Please follow up with the next guides to recover access. By default, the new version requires authentication, and once it's upgraded, it will ask to change the password; by default, the user must be super:

Hi Yarenis, thanks for the reply. I already reviewed that page and tried all combinations of default user name and passwords with no luck. It's odd because I am 99% confident that I never changed the user name or password to my Switch. I'd hate to have to do a factory reset and try it all over again but it sounds like that's my only option.
