Hi all, hoping someone with Ruckus/networking experience can help.
Setup: Verizon FiOS (CR1000B gateway) feeding a Ruckus ICX7150-C12-POE switch, which connects two Ruckus R510 APs running Unleashed. This is the standard Lennar smart-home install (Kincora/Ashburn area).
Issue: The ICX switch's management interface (Gigabit Ethernet 1/1/3) has a valid IP via DHCP (192.168.1.170), the port shows up/up with active traffic in the CLI, and it can successfully ping the gateway (192.168.1.1). However, I cannot ping or browse to 192.168.1.170 from any device on the network (tested from a Mac and an iPhone, both on the CLNYY_27 Wi-Fi network). The switch never appears reachable in the Unleashed app's "Add Switch" flow either - it shows as "Disconnected" with a placeholder MAC.
Already ruled out:
- Wireless Client Isolation - disabled on the WLAN
- Access Control / ACLs - none configured, no rate limits
- Switch config - verified via console (CLI) that the interface is up, has the correct IP, and is passing real traffic
Guessing this is a VLAN or L3 routing config issue on the switch that's preventing inbound management traffic, even though outbound (switch to gateway) works fine. Would appreciate any guidance on what to check next, or whether this is something that needs a Ruckus-certified tech to resolve properly.
Thanks in advance!

Hi there,
I see you have an ICX7150 switch that can't be pinged. Have you tried connecting the computer directly to the switch? If so, what outcome do you get? Please try setting a static IP on the PC network adapter from the same subnet as the switch and let me know the results.
