My Unleashed app is not recognizing my internet. I am following the steps to fix this. I have verified the IP Address. I am at the point to get the Switch’s Login Dashboard. But, I cannot login to get the dashboard. How do I do that? My Ruckus signin isn’t working. Thanks for any help.

Thank you for the response.
I could understand that you are unable to login to the Unleashed App.
Could you please log in to your Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ ?
Please make sure you are connected to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi Network to access the same.
If you can’t access using the above link and don’t know the IP Address of the Access Points. Please refer to the below guide to find the IP Address of the Access Point to get the requested information.
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:
You should see the below-Unleashed dashboard after finding the IP Address of the AP. Try to log in

Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.
Please refer to the below screenshot for more information on how to know your Unleashed Access Points version details.

Please help us with the above requested information and let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

Pinky, I'm sorry I cannot do as you requested.
I tried, but do not know how to sign in to the Unleashed system on my laptop. I also tried going to the https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com,
When I try, the browser deletes the https:// and warns me that I going to an unsafe site.
I do know how to get the ip addresses on my home internet. But, I do not know how to get to Unleashed dashboard.

Hi Pinky... I wrote earlier, but didn't get a response. So, let me ask again just to make sure there was no confusion. I am currently following your instructions to do an Upgrade to my Switch. I downloaded the TFTP server application per the instruction and there is a TFTP application icon. When I clicked on icon, I see the attached screenshot. Your Upgrade instructions and the Figure 19 are not anything I am seeing. So, I am stuck. Can you help me? Thanks, MarkG.TFTP Application
