Sign-in to get Switch’s login dashboard

My Unleashed app is not recognizing my internet.  I am following the steps to fix this.  I have verified the IP Address.  I am at the point to get the Switch’s Login Dashboard.  But, I cannot login to get the dashboard.  How do I do that?  My Ruckus signin isn’t working.  Thanks for any help.

The files can be copied to the new folder called Upgrade as mentioned in the step 8.

Hi Pinky...  I am still following the Upgrade process.  When I use Putty and with a Telnet connection to open the command line for the Switch, it does not look like your Figure 18 in your Upgrade Instructions.  I only see "telnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch", which looks good to me.  But, I do not see the following shown in your Figure 18:

"login as: super

Keyboard-interactive authentication prompts from server:

Password:

End of keyboard-interactive prompts from server"  

Can I go ahead and proceed by entering "enable" at the telnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch> prompt?

Hi Pinky.  I have another question.  I opened TFTP64, and I saw nothing that looked like your Figure 19 in you Upgrade Instructions.  See the attached screenshot of what I am seeing.  I guess I missed something.  What should I do?  Thanks, MarkG.Screenshot (9).png

Hi Pinky.  I have not been able to get the Ruckus Unleashed App on my iPhone to work.  You previously told me to click on "Manage Network" and go forward.  I did that and I get two messages.  First, it says "No Unleashed network exists."  The second message says: "you are not connected to Unleashed network.  Go to settings."  I did that, but I did not see anything I could do to access the network.  Can you help me?  Thanks, MarkG
