HELP !!!!
I have a Rukus Unleashed system in my Lennar home (built 2018) in Texas.
In October-2022, a Rukus Technician updated my system and gave me the detailed steps to do the same on a quarterly basis. Imagine my surprise and shock when I tried to log in today and found out that Lennar support is gone via phone or chat. And to top things off, the instructions now do not work to check my system and to check for downloads. Can someone provide me with the technical step-by-step actions needed to check my system for latest upgrades and then how to install them ? HUGE THANK YOU !

If this step does not work please follow the below steps to login to RUCKUS account.
An IP address is a unique address (logical) that identifies a device on the internet or a local network like your home.
1- To login , we must identify the ‘currently’ IP address of the AP.
I will leave you a guide how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the AP IP address very easily.
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications
Try to gain access to the Unleashed dashboard using the next bundle of credentials, the user is lower case and the password will change, so test all of them.
