I have attempted to reset my ruckus 4 times now following the directions from this page:
When I run the putty commands, the host will not show as live
I have completed these steps multiple times by
1. Changing the console cables to ensure the cables are active
2. Changed computers
3. Used multiple ethernet cables to ensure the wire is working, testing the wire as an ethernet connection to my modem and the internet is connecting.
I believe the switch is malfunctioning and requires a RMA.
