Ruckus not powering up after power outage

Had a power outage last night and ruckus is not powering up. Have already done a power cycle. Please help.

I am unable to locate a a USB to Ethernet adapter so have had to order one. It’s going to be a few days for delivery. Will update you once I receive the adapter.
