Switch does not power on

My icx7150 switch has worked great today I noticed devices suddenly stopped working. I checked my switch and noticed the status lights were off. I unplugged and plugged back in, the status lights flashed for less than a second but nothing happens after that. I have tried multiple power sources and still won't get the switch to power on.

Thank you for sharing the requested VIDEO.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up even after connecting it to working power outlet, and when plugged in, all lights are off. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

As per the case description, I understand that your Ruckus Switch is not working, and the status lights are off.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to hard reset the Switch.

If the reset doesn’t work, could you please plug your ICX-7150-C12P Switch into a working power outlet and send us PICTURES and VIDEO of it showing the light status, and a cord connected to the Switch and a working power outlet? 

Please refer to the below pictures as an example.

Thanks for the info. I tried the reset process. No luck switch does the same thing. Once powered up lights flash yellow for less than a second than nothing. I tried the reset a few times waiting a few minutes in between each try. I uploaded a video called millstein_switch. Let me know if anything else is needed. Thanks
