Ruckus lights blinking

During a thunderstorm I lost power and the internet went out, shortly after Spectrum resolved the outage. I still experienced lagging and most of my devices like the garage door opener, Alexa, camera are still searching for a network. 

after a week there is no change. Spectrum stated everything is fine on their end but it appears to be the Ruckus I hit the reset button on the Ruckus and now the lights on both WAP are blinking
