I moved to a new lennar home, installed my internet and the ruckus wireless is open without password. How can I add a password? I don't have accounts or anything related to this. I've been trying to do using the community forum but I don't understand anything of what is described. Can someone please guide me?

They installed it and left the ruckus line opened. I need to put a password. I don't understand the instructions, i am not familiar with all of these terms. Can I just disconnect ruckus to avoid neighbors connecting to it?

Where can I find the unleashed ID? I am attempting to create an account but it asks me for the unleashed ID. I don't have it.
