The Ruckus in my home is working perfectly, however the indoor ruckus AP is completely dark. One day it was working just fine and the next day it was not; none of the lights are lit. I tried to reset the Ruckus hoping that it would reset the AP. It did reset, however the lights turned off after only a few seconds. Because of this my guest network is not working and I have also lost connection to my ring doorbell. I do not believe that it was struck by lightning however I am curious to know what is going on. We moved into our home in 2018 and everything was brand new when we moved in.

Hi @BD
Greetings!!!
Thank you for the response and the information.
Based on the troubleshooting done, and you confirm after performing the reset of the Access Point, and checking all the connectivity and connections, the failure persists. And this is the only ONE access point that isn’t working with No Power on it even after checking with an external power adapter it behaves the same. This ONE Access Point Unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
Feel free to contact us via chat, comment you already have a post, copy the link from the post (URL), and paste it into the chat to start the unit replacement.
Please follow the steps as shown in the below example:

I have successfully been able to boot the indoor ap with he 12 VDC power adapter. The power light is flashing green and the 2.4G and 5G lights are constantly green. The network associated with this device is also available. It seems that the issue is indeed with the ethernet cable that has been run from the Ruckus in my closet to the indoor AP. What are the next steps I should take?

Hi @BD
Greetings!!!
Thank you for the response and the update.
We may need to try factory resetting the APs and check. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new SSID.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.

Unfortunately, I was unable to reset the Access Point. The ethernet cable is still not supplying the unit with power so when I held the reset button nothing happened. I tried a few times, but still no luck. What should we do next?

Hi @BD
Greetings!!!
Thank you for the response and the update.
Could you please try to connect a different ethernet cable to the non-working access point and check? In case the current ethernet cable is damaged? as we saw that AP is getting power from an external power adapter.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

I connected a different ethernet cable to the ap, but it never turned on. Does this mean that the unit could be the issue?
