Using our Wireless Access Points

I'm not sure we have ever had out Access Points up and running.  We have two access points but only one network and password.  We tried to log in to the unleashed app to see if we can get access to the other WAP, but have been unsuccessful.  I did the initial set up, but when I go into manage network and put in my admin credentials set up it tells me I am not connected to Unleashed network.  I'm having a hard time determining what my WLAN I configured is. I want to be able to use the Ruckus, the wireless access points and the Unleashed app to its full potential, but I'm not sure how to get it all set up properly.

Disconnect one of the access points, reset the other one to factory defaults and go through the setup process again. Once you are successfully connecting on that AP, turn the other one on, reset it and it should join the existing network.
