My Ruckus has no power, no lights of any kind. I have plugged it into many functioning outlets to make sure. How do I get a replacement? Can I get a replacement? Do I need a replacement?

Please follow the below steps to find the root cause of the issue.
3- Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source
4- Are the Access Points R510 powering up?
5- Are you having any connectivity issues like webpage not loading or slow connectivity.

I have great internet access, the Ruckus is not connected at all, I have removed it. There was no power coming to the device. I have plugged it in to several locations, absolutely no lights come on.

Please provide an image/photo where you are trying to connect via console from ICX 7150 - C12 P (USB type C to USB ) to PC. Before uploading the photos please login to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.
