Ruckus SW update is making Sonos speaker drop

My Sonos SL speakers are noy functioning well and dropping sound. On contacting Sonos support they advised me to talk to Ruckus support for lennar home to follow steps for technical resolution. Sonos says its a technical issue due to Ruckus upgrades

I tried that and below is the error message. Clicked OK on the window pop up but it doesnt do anything. I did that on iPhone as well as Windows laptop

I understand that you're experiencing difficulties resetting the password.

We kindly request you to perform a factory reset on the access points. After the reset, you should be able to log in using the default credentials.
